SAS Updates on Coronavirus
Scottsdale Artists’ School Updates on Coronavirus (COVID-19)
(Updated March 26, 2020)
The health and safety of our students, instructors, staff and community are always our highest priority. For that reason and out of concern and caution over COVID-19 the Scottsdale Artists’ School’s Board of Directors has elected to close the school’s doors to the public as of Saturday, March 21, 2020.
At this time, SAS will remain closed through April 19, 2020. ALL SAS classes, workshops and open studios are canceled until that date. Things are changing and evolving rapidly in respect to the COVID19 Virus, so we will continue to closely monitor the situation and make changes as necessary.
Because of the fast evolving circumstances, making decisions about future programs is a difficult task. We believe it is more important than ever to provide you peace of mind so please know we are keeping track of the most up-to-date information and will continue to inform you on our program scheduling. We encourage you to check back here for regular updates. We will also communicate via our social media outlets.
If you have a class or workshop scheduled during the SAS closure you should have been contacted by one of our staff members. As you might imagine, we had a large volume of calls to make to those of you this closure affected immediately. If your class or workshop is within the closure time and you did not receive a call or message for one of our staff, please email us.
During this closure, if you have immediate concerns you may email DSpahle@mcleanfineart.com or Sfallon@mcleanfineart.com. Thank your patience and for supporting our precautionary measures to help with the safety of all involved. Please stay well and we look forward to resuming a regular schedule.
